THE SECRET CLOSET
The Secret Closet’s physical store was performing well, but their online presence wasn’t converting visitors into sales. I redesigned the website into a more intuitive, customer-friendly eCommerce experience and integrated it with social media to open additional sales channels.
To support this, I developed a simple digital communications strategy, including blog content to boost visibility and build brand awareness.
The impact was immediate – sales increased by 1800% in the first month.
